Deliverance Church Uganda is led by an Apostolic Team of Eighteen (18) men, among which is Daniel Naaya, Laban Jjumba, David Ndyagenda, Richard Epiu, Philemon Ongole, Stephen Patrick Achillah (Team Secretary), John Yawe, Sam Mugote (National Treasurer) and Edward Kiwanuka(General Overseer) Charles Ekisa Obwana ,Fred Ssali Jackson Kayiira, Joseph Onyango, Charles Byaruhanga, Chris Khisa, Lucius Okello, Nelson Otim, David Ndyagyenda

According to Article 9 of Deliverance Church Uganda (DCU) constitution The TEAM serves the following functions

  • Carry overall oversight for all DCU churches
  • Carry custodianship of the doctrines and practices of DCU.
  • Act as top policy making organ of the DCU.
  • Act as appointing organ of the entire national pastoral team.
  • Hold the trusteeship of the national ministry and property.        
  • Give prophetic direction to the national ministry.             
  • Guard the flock from deceptive global trends (generate position on the global trends)
